The Bobet Sharp Easy is used in the food industry when there is a lot of cutting, slicing and deboning. Regular use will extend the life of the cutting edge of your knives. The Sharp Easy is not a 'knife sharpener' in the true sense of the word. It merely polishes the edge and keeps the knife sharp longer until it needs a decent sharpening again. Pull your knife through the sharpener in an arc with light pressure and repeat this process several times.
